Cancellation Policy – Central Agri Seeds

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and orders placed through CentralAgriSeeds.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). It explains how cancellations are handled, how refunds are issued (if applicable), and the 24-hour cancellation rule for customer convenience.

2. 24-Hour Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee, provided that:

• Your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse; and

• You notify us within 24 hours of order placement through email or phone.

If your cancellation request is received after this 24-hour window, the order may already be processed or dispatched, and a cancellation may not be possible.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

1. Send an email to centralagriseeds@gmail.com or call +91-98269-15257.

2. Provide your Order ID, name, and date of purchase.

3. Once your cancellation is accepted, we will send a confirmation message.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you may instead be eligible for a return/refund under our Return Policy.

4. Refunds

We will process refunds only if:

• Cancellation is approved within 24 hours and before the product is dispatched; or

• You are returning an eligible item under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Please note:

• Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the cancellation is made before dispatch.

5. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been shipped:

• You cannot cancel the order.

• You may return the item (if eligible) according to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Return shipping charges may apply.

6. Exceptions

Certain products may be delivered quickly (e.g., ready stock with express shipping). In such cases, the 24-hour window may be shorter. Customers are encouraged to contact us immediately if they wish to cancel.

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on CentralAgriSeeds.com is always the official policy.
